How long does it take to process and ship my personalized order?
Since every item is uniquely crafted just for your little one, please allow 3-7 business days for production. Once shipped,standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
How should I wash the custom knit rompers and swaddles?
To keep the embroidery and delicate fabric looking their best, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle.Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Please avoid using bleach and do not iron directly over the customized embroidery.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because our products are beautifully personalized just for you, we cannot accept
returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If an item arrives damaged or if there is a spelling error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we willhappily send a replacement.
