1. Order Processing Time (Customization Window)

Because every Lullioo piece is thoughtfully custom-made to order, each product category requires a dedicated crafting window before it is ready to ship.

• Personalized Swaddles & Knit Rompers: Requires 5–7 business days for high-fidelity digital printing, premium custom embroidery, and tailoring to ensure safe, cloud-soft comfort for your little one.
• Custom Keepsake Boxes & Memory Frames: Requires 2–3 business days for detailed wood selection, precision laser engraving, and custom assembly.

Please note: If your order includes multiple items with different processing windows, they will be bundled together, and the longer processing time will apply.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your personalized order leaves our artisan studio, we utilize reliable international tracking services to deliver it directly to your doorstep.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on customs processing or local postal schedules.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on orders over $49 (or your local currency equivalent).
• For orders below our free shipping threshold, a flat rate fee will be calculated clearly at checkout based on your destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking link. You can track your package’s journey globally at any time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Lullioo is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Since personalization begins shortly after order placement, we can only accommodate cancellation or address change requests within 6 hours of purchase. Please double-check your custom text, monograms, and shipping info at checkout!
