At Lullioo, we take great pride in our personalized children's products. Because each item is uniquely crafted with your specific details (such as names, photos, or custom designs), our refund and return policy differs from standard retail stores.
1. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

Window for Changes: Since we begin the production process shortly after an order is placed, you have 6 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change to your order details.

After Production Starts: Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications to the custom text/design.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom rompers, swaddles, photo frames, and blankets), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors.

Customer Errors: Lullioo is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process, such as typographical errors, selecting the wrong size/color, or uploading low-resolution photos.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we will fix it! Please contact us at lilydong1988@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged, defective, or does not match your order.

Gift Set Policy (Special Provision): For orders purchased as a Gift Set or Bundle, if only a specific item within the set is defective or damaged, we will only provide a replacement or a partial refund for that individual item. The occurrence of a defect in one component does not entitle the customer to a full refund or return of the entire Gift Set.

Resolution: Upon approval of your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
4. SHIPPING ISSUES

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost (tracking shows as not delivered past the estimated window), please contact us for assistance with a claim or replacement.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
